The VUCA world (changeable, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) presents organizations with great challenges: Faced with profound changes in their markets, customers and employees, they must learn to question their usual thought patterns and procedures and constantly generate new things. And at the level of the individual, team and the entire organization.
Coaching supports this difficult process at every level. There is talk of a “coaching culture” in an organization when it is systematically applied to all new challenges in order to create a “space to think”, question what is known and generate new.
