Coaching Culture – Success Factor for the VUKA World
The acronym VUCA – Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity describes a phenomenon that is currently the basis within which organisations need to operate.
Together with the h_da, Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, we carried out a study in 2019/20, “Coaching Culture – Success Factor for the VUKA World”.
According to the initial results of our study, there is a clear correlation between the degree to which an organization has established a coaching culture and its ability to face the challenges of the VUCA world.
