The curriculum covers the use of sustainability frameworks and models (including the Sustainability Compass), collaborative learning and planning processes (like “Pyramid”), strategic analysis tools for change management (“Amoeba”), and a personal deep-dive into improving your skills as an agent of change.

Instructors Alan AtKisson and Axel Klimek have over 40 years of combined experience in sustainability and change, working with clients all over the world, such as EY, Levi Strauss, Nike, WWF, the African Union, and the United Nations. They will share their experience and tools while also facilitating a deep as well as lively exchange among participants, in a truly enriching course atmosphere.
