Here’s a short TEDx talk you won’t want to miss. At the Center, we use a number of different tools to help people understand the process of change. One of the most popular tools we use is called “Amoeba,” and it is introduced in this TEDx talk by Alan AtKisson. Before he explains Amoeba, also gives a short introduction to two of our other key tools: the “Sustainability Compass” and the “Pyramid” workshop process. The talk is upbeat and entertaining: Alan even closes the talk with a song about complexity and change.
